To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Coding Revenue Integrity Consultant will serve as the primary coding subject matter expert, providing leadership and guidance while working remotely on a contract basis.Key responsibilitiesProvide real-time support for complex coding questions and establish coding KPIs to drive performance accountabilityIdentify missed revenue opportunities and develop actionable recommendations to capture additional revenueDesign and deliver targeted training programs for coding staff and partner with client leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goalsRequired qualificationsAssociate's degree in health information management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experienceCPC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA certification requiredTypically, 5+ years of advanced coding experience across multiple service linesProven experience in denial analysis, revenue optimization, and client-facing consultingStrong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle operations and expert knowledge of coding guidelines and compliance requirements
