Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time remote Hospital Coding Specialist will conduct data analysis, manage performance improvement initiatives, and enhance physician documentation accuracy while collaborating with various teams to drive operational and financial success.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic and operational decision-makingServe as project manager for strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking project progressSupport physician documentation initiatives by analyzing clinical data and developing educational materialsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a business or health-related fieldMinimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in performance/process improvementExperience leading work teams is requiredCoding experience, preferably inpatient, is highly preferredCertifications such as RHIT, RHIA, or CCS are preferred
