Hourly Range: $38.78 - $51.96

We are seeking an experienced Housing Program Specialists to join our Continuing Eligibility and Special Housing Programs teams. These advanced journey-level roles within the Housing Department are responsible for independently managing the technical and programmatic aspects of administering rental assistance programs for complex cases. The incumbent must be adept at multitasking and capable of providing technical assistance and support to less experienced staff, possessing a thorough understanding of all housing program processes and procedures.
What our team is looking for:
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience likely to provide the required core competencies may be considered. A typical combination that is qualifying may include:
- An associate degree with coursework in liberal arts, humanities, social work, business, or public administration or related field; and
- Three (3) years of responsible experience in caseload management with assisted housing or other social services programs and customer service; and
- One (1) year of lead experience providing training and technical assistance.
- A bachelor’s degree is desirable.
