Job Summary

About the Position:
Office Specialist --> Starting Salary - Range 11, $19.13

The Office Specialist provides administrative and financial support for the Library District, including preparing and maintaining the department’s annual budget. This position performs routine office and clerical duties, maintains financial and administrative records, and responds to public inquiries by phone.

Work is performed in an indoor office environment with typical office working conditions. There is no required travel and no public speaking; however, this position will have regular contact with the public over the phone.
Location: Kingman Library
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekends or holidays)
