Job DescriptionProgram Director - NERRTC (CA, CTG, Curriculum) $8,333.34 per month 1 Full-Time PositionCollege Station, Texas The Role at a GlanceThe Program Director provides executive-level oversight of the Business and Cyber Solutions (BCS) Cybersecurity program areas, leading daily operations and long-term strategic direction inclusive of fiscal stewardship, budget planning, personnel management, programmatic recommendations, and business development initiatives that drive national growth and expansion. This role requires advanced subject-matter expertise in cybersecurity and demonstrated experience leading complex, cyber-focused initiatives to ensure the technical depth necessary for strategic decision-making and operational credibility.
The Director oversees Training Managers who supervise instructional and support staff, manages evaluations and scheduling, and maintains fiscal and administrative accountability to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality cybersecurity training across the United States and its territories. Ensures full compliance with cooperative agreement requirements and enterprise guidelines while advancing operational excellence, innovation, and measurable national impact in cybersecurity preparedness and economic resilience efforts.
This position reports to the BCS Division Director.
Qualifications of the Role - Bachelor’s degree in IT/Cyber related field, Business Management, or closely applicable field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ten years of related experience in management, program management, project coordination, curriculum development, and/or delivery of training.
- Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Equivalency: will consider an Associate’s degree with twelve years of experience in management, program management, project coordination, curriculum development, and/or delivery of training OR a High School Diploma/GED with fourteen years of experience in program management, project coordination, curriculum development, and/or delivery of training.

- This position requires compliance with state and federal laws/codes and Texas A&M University System/TEEX regulations and procedures.
- All tasks and job responsibilities must be performed safely without injury to self or others in compliance with System and Agency safety requirements.
- As part of TEEX’s mission of providing training, developing practical solutions, and saving lives; this position could be required, if called upon, to deploy within the State of Texas as directed by this position’s Division Director/HQ Department Head.
- Ability to travel independently to other and/or remote locations by driving a personal or TEEX vehicle and/or flying on commercial airlines.
- This position regularly directs and evaluates the work of others.
- This position is funded from grant and/or contract funding, which is renewed through provisions of the grantor of the contract. Therefore, this position is contingent upon continuation of funding from these grants and/or contracts, as well as satisfactory job performance.
