The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking applications for Benefit Program Technicians. These positions will be located in the St. Francois County Customer Service Center based at 140 Staples Drive, Park Hills, MO.

As our Benefit Program Technician you will help Missouri citizens to receive food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance so they can live safe, healthy and productive lives.

Every day you will determine initial and continuing eligibility of Missouri citizens for these services, interview clients predominantly by telephone in a call center type setting with occasional in person interviews , prepare summaries and much m ore.

In order to succeed in this role, you must have a High School diploma or equivalent, and at least 4 years of Customer Service experience or have a Bachelor’s Degree.

To thrive in this role, you must be personable, compassionate and have a non-judgmental attitude.

Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.

Individual(s) selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay).
