MUST BE 14 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
STARTING HOURLY PAY RANGE: $13.50 - $14.50 (based on experience)For more details, review the full job details and requirements below.The Aquatic Customer Service job requires work in the areas of facility admissions and concessions, rotating between both areas. The work includes selling food & drinks, collecting money for admission and verifying memberships while also maintaining a clean, sanitized work environment and monitoring food & drink inventory.
Key Responsibilities - Greets customers and provides excellent customer service.
- Answers inquiries and provides information about admission prices and concession offerings.
- Ensures a smooth and organized entry process for customers, including accurate collection of fees and other payments.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in the concession area.
- Monitors and restocks concession inventory and report shortages.
Qualifications Experience: This job requires the ability to follow accurate money handling procedures.
Education: None required.
Licenses & Certifications: None required. Employees can receive free CPR Certification once hired.
Language: Proficiency with verbal and written English language required. Additional proficiency with Spanish and American Sign Language preferred.
Environmental or Physical Demands : Works in primarily outdoor environments with exposure to heat and a variety of weather conditions.
