The Office of Administration has transformed its approach to better serve the citizens of Missouri. We are committed to recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent across the State’s ~50,000 team member enterprise. To help spearhead this effort, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic leader to lead our Operation Excellence.

Efficiency and continuous improvement efforts are becoming increasingly essential in state government. An Operational Excellence Leader guides departments/divisions in these efforts to ensure growth and optimal services benefiting the State of Missouri’s citizens. This position will work closely with leadership to identify, pursue, and manage strategic initiatives to create a high-functioning organization.

The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
