What you’ll do:

The work of a Budget & Policy Analyst work involves researching, analyzing, and making recommendations concerning various public policy issues related to analyst’s policy area assignment. Primary duties include:

This position requires frequent communication with management, other state employees, elected officials, and the general public. The position requires knowledge of:



• Ability to analyze and evaluate policies and operations and formulate recommendations.

• Missouri legislative and budget processes and state government



Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate's name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
