Position Description
The primary purpose of the Program Director, Strategic Tracking, Grants & Contracts, position is to support the Division through the coordination of grant, contract, and award development, submission, evaluation, and tracking. This position plays a key role in aligning the Division's strategic plan with related project tracking and performance measures, ensuring progress is well-documented. The Program Director will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify funding opportunities, assist in the development of competitive proposals, ensure compliance in submission and reporting, and coordinate agreements such as subawards, MOUs, and consulting contracts. In addition, this position will collaborate across the Division to document strategic goals, monitor performance indicators, and provide consistent reporting on divisional priorities. This position works under general supervision with latitude for initiative and independent judgment, while serving in a collaborative, facilitative capacity.

Major/Essential Functions


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Four years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
