Description
Job Location: This full time position will be located at 112 Plaza Drive, Sikeston, MO. 63801. Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Saturday and Sunday off. Occasional coverage on other shifts may be necessary at times to meet the needs of SEMORS.
What you’ll do: - Professional-level position accountable for implementing, monitoring and reviewing individualized habilitation plans for 8 to 16 consumers with developmental disabilities
- As part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, observing behavior and participating in habilitation programs
- Preparing reports and progress notes, assisting with annual staffing, and completing quarterly and monthly reviews
All you need for success as a Support Care Professional QDDP: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 24 earned semester hours or 36 earned quarter hours in one or a combination of the following: Education, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Recreation (including specialty areas such as Art, Dance, Music, or Physical Education), Dietetics, Criminal Justice, Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Nursing, or other specialties in the field of human services; and , One or more years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. (A combination of education from an accredited college or university and experience as a Registered Nurse may substitute for the stated college education.) (A combination of graduate education from an accredited college or university and experience described may substitute for the stated qualifications.) Applicants must be eligible for designation as a QDDP under Federal standards for an Intermediate Care Facility-Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID).

Salary:
$48,492.72 per Year
