Does the idea of inventorying $1 billion worth of real property assets all over the state interest you? Consider joining the Missouri Army National Guard as an Office Space Management Coordinator! As an Office Space Management Coordinator, you will be the Real Property Manager for the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) working to inventory real property assets, maintain accurate real property records, and compile budget and technical information on construction and repair projects for the Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG). The CFMO oversees all construction, maintenance, and upkeep for all of the MOARNG facilities across the state, which totals over 60 sites and thousands of individual assets; all of which the Real Property Team maintains accurate, complete, and organized documentation on.
Job Location: This position will be located at Ike Skelton Training Site, Jefferson City, MO.
Conduct on site inventories at all MOARNG sites and prepare all documnetation required to validate those facilities. Conduct historical research to determine dates of construction, capitol improvements, or renovations. Coordinate with techincal staff on all specifications of projects to gather cost, quanities, and dates of construction projects. Build and maintain documentation for each individual asset of real property in Facility Information Folders. Supervise the Real Property Team.
Minimum Qualifications • Associate Degree or 2 years experience in real property management
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years experience in real property management
• Familiarity with construction or project planning
