Description
Job Location: This position will be located at 1010 West Columbia Street in Farmington, MOWhy you’ll love this position: Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center in Farmington, MO is looking for an experienced candidate to assist in part time maintenance duties.
Agency tasks: hanging corkboards, hanging white boards, furniture setup/installs, equipment installs
Assistance with camera installs
Small appliance repair: work on washers and dryers, ice/water machine service, coffee machine service, refrigerator service
Parking lot sign moves
General maintenance duties not covered by OA-FMDC
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of on-the-job training in the trade area.
- In addition to those identified in the previous level: skill in procedures, processes, regulations, and practices applicable to assigned specialized trade. Skill in operations and maintenance of equipment and tools. Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, bend, reach, climb ladder, and work from heights.
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
