This position is an Administrator I in the California State University Management Personnel Plan (MPP), reporting to the Associate Vice President of Alumni Relations & University Engagement.

Anticipated Hiring Range

$7,500 - $7,917 Per Month ($90,000 - $95,004 Annually)

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Position Summary

San Francisco State University is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to serve as the Associate Director of Alumni Relations - Affinity & Engagement Programs. This role is responsible for developing and managing alumni affinity groups, enhancing on-campus alumni engagement, and expanding outreach to alumni in their workplaces and regions. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-builder with a passion for inclusive engagement, strategic collaboration, and alumni relations best practices.
