This professional-level human resources position will play a meaningful role in providing recruitment across all key clients/disciplines within the organization and will be responsible in helping the team meet goals and objectives including number of positions filled, time to fill, and employee satisfaction. • Be the authority on the employment application system.
• Post positions, track vacancies, ensure status updates are properly inputted by hiring areas, and assist Department users in every aspect of learning and keeping updated with changes to the system.
• Provide guidance to applicants, employees, supervisors, and managers regarding the application, interview, and hiring process.
• Source and recruit professional candidates.
• Develop and execute customized recruiting strategies based on internal organizational needs.
• Assist managers and supervisors with creation of interview questions and participate on interview panels.
• Collaborate with other state agency recruiters to identify opportunities for recruitment and learn best practices.
• Conduct background screening for all Revenue employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
• Experience recruiting professional level employees and/or executive positions
• Highly creative and resourceful
• Strong organizational, follow up, and multi-tasking abilities
• Client service focused

Salary:

$54,061.68 per Year
