This position supports collaboration and integration among Contra Costa Health’s community responders addressing behavioral health and social needs within the community. The position is full-time and is currently based in Martinez, California.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Administration, Public Administration, Health Education, Business Administration, Communications, Nursing, Environmental Health, biological or physical science from an accredited college or university.

Experience: Six (6) years of full-time, or its equivalent, experience in a Healthcare or Hospital setting performing duties either as a Clinician, Administrator or Public Information Officer, three (3) years must have included supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) orLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) orLicensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or
