Pay Range: $41.16 to $53.51/hour

Pay Range: $85,611 - $111,295/annually

The position of the Librarian Manager is an integral part of the Library’s newly formed Lifelong Learning Division, responsible for overseeing key learning and development programs and initiatives within the Fort Worth Public Library. The person in this role will develop and implement strategies to improve employee skills, foster a culture of continuous learning, and align learning initiatives with organizational goals. They will also develop and implement policies and procedures, manage relationships with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies, and provide complex administrative support to the Library’s Lifelong Learning Manager and Assistant Library Director.
