Our team focuses on processing motor fuel tax refund claims and documents in a timely manner. We are team oriented, goal driven, and value strong communication and typing skills, as well as problem solving experience. You will work in a friendly environment with a full-time weekday only work schedule with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION

-Work hours based on business need

-Open incoming mail

-Process payments and documents

-Review and adjust Motor Fuel Highway refund claims

-Enter return information into various sources

-Review and adjust data information

-May be staff-utilized to other areas of the Processing Bureau

-Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Proficient typing and computer skills
• Ability to lift mail trays/tubs ranging from 15-35 pounds
