Description
First and foremost, the job responsibilities are to provide outstanding customer service to our members by assisting them in selecting and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage; explaining and answering questions regarding coverage programs; assisting members in application for participation in coverage programs; preparing insurance coverage comparisons; and establishing and maintaining JPIA insurance program and member files. The ideal candidate is a seasoned insurance professional with experience in underwriting and member engagement, particularly within the public sector or a risk pooling organization.
