This is a very high-level administrative assistant position supporting the Quality Management Department for the hospital. This person is responsible for tracking policy deadlines and disseminating policy information, creating forms using PDF, keeping several sites on SharePoint updated, recording minutes for various meetings, scheduling meetings, timekeeping, and various other tasks. This person also works with our Fulton State Hospital Foundation, attending meetings, taking minutes, organizing fundraising events, and helping the clients and staff with Fulton State Hospital Foundation support such as gas cards.

This person must be able to function with considerable independence and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously. This is a challenging, but exciting opportunity for individuals with a great deal of initiative and experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed)
• Knowledge of facility practices, rules, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge of CIMOR
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System
