What you’ll do:

This position will be a Nursing Schedule Coordinator and will assist in covering all aspects of staffing. This position will work four 10hr shifts weekly, working every other weekend, alternating with the other Nurse Schedule Coordinator to provide continuity of staffing.

This is senior-level office support work requiring independent work decisions for complex clerical functions or processes, involving familiarity of specialized terminology and/or software. This position is located in our Nursing Department and will function as a float position providing back-up and support to other staff as assigned.

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of business math computations, grammar, composition, and spelling.

• Intermediate knowledge of computer information systems and software.

• Ability to interpret and apply agency policies and procedures.

• Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.

• Ability to assign, review and evaluate the work of staff.

• Ability to complete assignments accurately within specified timeframes.

• Ability to develop and implement procedures from general instructions.

• Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

Experience and Educations Requirements:

• Three (3) or more years of experience in office support work

• High School diploma or GED
