Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of social service programs? We are seeking an experienced
Social Services Administrative Director to provide strategic leadership in
program integrity,
budgeting, and
department program communications. In this key role, you’ll ensure compliance with federal and state standards while overseeing the integration of budgeting and communication efforts across divisions.

The Basics (Required Education and Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Services or a related field
- Six (6) years of experience working in public administration or social services administration including at least two (2) years of supervisory experience

Beyond the Basics (Preferred Education and Experience) - Master’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Services or a related field
- At least six (6) years of leadership experience working in public administration or social services administration
How Will We Know You're 'The One'? - Strategic leadership in program integrity, budgeting, and communications
- Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight and forecasting
- Proven ability to analyze performance data to drive decision-making and improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, and IT
- Skilled in leading and motivating diverse teams, including program managers and support staff
- Expertise in creating and executing communication strategies and meeting deadlines
