ABOUT THE POSITION

The Clark County Finance Department - Enterprise Resource Planning office (ERP) is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst position. We are looking for skilled professionals with work experience in enterprise application implementation, financial/HR analysis, and information system administration. As a member of the system support team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and reviewing the work of staff that have customer and/or system support responsibilities required to maintain and enhance a large, automated accounting and human resource information system. This recruitment will be used to fill multiple positions in the department located within the following teams/divisions:

New Initiatives Team (NI): This position will be responsible for evaluating business processes, creating functional documentation, capturing detailed requirements for blueprinting, solution design, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and directing staff utilizing established project management methodologies. Also, this position will participate in configuration, production support, writing specification documents, creating work instructions, system enhancements, and quality assurance testing. Candidates selected for positions on the New Initiatives team will specialize in supporting one module primarily: Human Capital Management (HCM) or Financials (FI).

Human Capital Management (HCM) Team: This position will be responsible for configuration, production support, writing specification documents, creating work instructions, system enhancements, and quality assurance testing for OM, PA, Benefits, Time, Payroll, SuccessFactors LMS, ESS, MSS, EH&S, Absence Soft (FMLA), Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Attendance, Workforce Attestation, Workforce Leave (Time Off and FMLA), or Enterprise Archive.

Financials Team (FI): This position will be responsible for configuration, production support, writing specification documents, creating work instructions, system enhancements, and quality assurance testing for FM, FI, GM, GL, CO, AP, AR, IM, WO, WF, Purchasing, Project Portfolio Management, Project Systems, Asset Management, or OpenText VIM/ICC.

This is an open and continuous recruitment, scheduling dates will vary depending on when the application was received and reviewed by Human Resources.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field AND four (4) years of full-time professional level experience in providing customer and/or system support of financial and business applications. Full-time professional level experience, which has provided the skills and knowledge necessary to perform all job functions at this level may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two (2) years.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Mobility to work in a typical office setting, and use standard office equipment; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
