Description
Salary Range$27.95-$35.65

Job Summary Starting Salary: $27.95 - $35.64
This position is responsible for managing the right-of-way of the City of Orlando in coordination with the City Surveyor and City Engineer. In addition, the position is required to manage the records of the Public Works Department that contains right-of-way maps, deeds, as-built surveys, and other documents in the engineering records room. This includes the fulfillment of public records requests and the acceptance or transfer of rights-of-way.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field and three (3) years; right-of-way management and archiving/documentation expertise or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid FL Driver's License required.

- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;

- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
Salary:
USD 27.95 - 35.65 per hour
