Job Location: This position will be located Central office Roberts Building 1706 E Elm Street Jefferson City, MO 65109
Why you’ll love this position:The Division of Behavioral Health makes efforts to enable evidence-based review of programs and services provided by the Division and its community partners. Data analysts within the Division utilize data and information gathered from multiple data collection systems to report on programs relating to mental health and substance use disorder services.
- Common reporting duties include: Standardized federal report submissions; ad hoc reporting as requested by internal and external stakeholders; department, division, and program level dashboards; and annual budget related reporting. In addition to providing reports and datasets, this position will perform data extraction, statistical analysis, policy related decision support and consultation, and assist with data related to initiatives within the Division of Behavioral Health.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in SQL and have experience with Microsoft Reporting Services and Tableau Prep/Tableau Desktop. SAS experience is also highly desirable. Knowledge of mental health services or healthcare data is preferred but not required. Candidates must have strong communication skills.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience and/or appropriate certification. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
