The Job

The Human Services Administration (HS Admin) Department is recruiting for Statistical Data and Research Outcomes Analyst Trainee* who plan, organize, develop, and implement analysis and statistical applications for Human Services programs within the Research, Outcomes and Quality Support (ROQS) Unit. ROQS Statistical Data and Research Outcomes Analyst Trainees are responsible for data analysis and evaluation for several Human Services agencies including: Child and Family Services (CFS), Transitional Assistance Department (TAD), and Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS). The analyst trainee will work closely with the Human Services Agency staff to provide data and analysis, survey design and implementation, create and maintain dashboards, and develop program evaluations. Analysts may be required to present their findings at small to large forums.

There is an immediate vacancy in the HS Administration Research, Outcomes and Support Unit (ROQS) . The incumbent will support the Transitional Assistance Department.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following education requirements:
Education
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education in Statistics, Math, Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, or closely related field. Qualifying ed ucation must include twelve (12) semester (18 quarter) units of completed upper division coursework in Statistics or Research Methodology.
