The position is responsible for initiating, planning, managing, and leading project teams to implement strategic projects, gaining efficiencies and productivity for the organization and the State of Missouri citizens. A Senior Project Manager may provide direction to entry-level team members, as well as mentor less experienced staff.

This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) providing support to one or more state agencies.

Preference is given to those candidates with Scrum Master Certification who demonstrate proven strengths in Negotiation, Lean Thinking, Building Strong Partnerships and Relationship Building, and the ability to develop productive team-oriented relationships.
