Job Location: - The office for this position is located at the Harry S. Truman State Office Building, 301 W High Street, Jefferson City, MO. 65101.

ITSD-DMH is looking for a highly motivated .Net Developer to assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications for the Department of Mental Health. In this position, you will work with other team members and business owners to complete analysis, design, development, code reviews, and testing to ensure business requirements are met.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division supporting the Department of Mental Health (DMH).

- Analyze requirements and develop code to meet business needs.
- Test and review code to ensure a quality product is put forward.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues and requests.

- Development experience using in ASP.Net MVC framework.
- Development experience using C#, SQL, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Familiar with Responsive Web Design.
- Familiar with Agile development.
- Able to work independently and on a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Development experience with .Net Core is a plus.
- Development experience with Blazor is a plus.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
