The Maintenance Project Manager is responsible for the oversight of maintenance operations (as designated by the Assistant Director of Property Management and Regional Managers) at SHRA’s Public Housing and SHARP portfolios. This role encompasses routine and preventive maintenance functions, capital improvement planning as well as project management of specialized assigned tasks.

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Property Management, the Maintenance Project Manager ensures the physical integrity of each property: exterior, interior, common areas, residential units and mechanical systems - maintaining a safe, decent and sanitary environment for all residents and staff. The Maintenance Project Manager, through both internal staff and qualified outside contractors, will ensure that the Housing Authority’s properties comply with all fire and building codes. They will be required to perform specialized and skilled work, including oversight of the installation, repair and maintenance of alarm, electronic and utility systems.

Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver License (Class C or higher) and a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier.
