Job Summary Salary: Enterprise Application Administrator I: $28.90-$38.29
Enterprise Application Administrator II: $31.51-$41.74
Enterprise Application Administrator III: $34.34-$45.50
Performs professional, technical, and analytical work in mapping and geospatial analysis. Enterprise Application Administrators in GIS typically work as part of a team to create and maintain GIS servers, applications, and tools to support the geographic information system. Tasks may include but are not limited to maintaining geospatial databases, analyzing aerial imagery, or using spatial data to create maps to help clients interpret data, identify trends, and highlight patterns. Work requires the ability to work independently, or as a member of a team and exercise judgment. Work is performed under general supervision of the GIS Manager and performance is reviewed through observation, discussion, and review of effectiveness of programs and client feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
Enterprise Application Administrator I: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, Geographical Information Systems , or related field and two (2) years’ experience in supporting complex enterprise packaged (vendor) software solutions, in the Microsoft Windows operating environment; interpreting and writing SQL queries and supporting integrations utilizing APIs; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an applicable technical environment.
Enterprise Application Administrator II: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, Geographical Information Systems , or related field and four (4) years’ experience in supporting complex enterprise packaged (vendor) software solutions, in the Microsoft Windows operating environment; interpreting and writing SQL queries and supporting integrations utilizing APIs; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an applicable technical environment. In addition, candidate has the ability to work independently, troubleshoot incidents and design & architect solutions based on City standards.
Enterprise Application Administrator III: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, Geographical Information Systems , or related field and six (6) years’ experience in supporting complex enterprise packaged (vendor) software solutions, in the Microsoft Windows operating environment; interpreting and writing SQL queries and supporting integrations utilizing APIs; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an applicable technical environment. In addition, candidate has the ability to work independently, lead a team, troubleshoot incidents and design & architect solutions based on City standards.
Additional Qualifications for Promotion:
Promotions are not to be considered an automatic function of longevity and are subject to the review and authorization of the Supervisor. The employee’s last performance review must have resulted in an overall rating of Meets standards or better with no factor rating of less than meets.

- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
Salary:
USD 28.90 - 38.30 per hour
