Pay Range: $51,308- $64, 135 annual compensation

Workdays & Hours: Monday-Friday in-office; schedule will vary based on programming needs. The Sr. Recreation Programmer will typically work an 8am - 5pm schedule with occasional evenings and weekends depending on programming and special events.

A Sr. Recreation Programmer - Teen Programming job is available with the City of Fort Worth Park & Recreation Department working with our Rising Stars Leadership Academy teen program and our Recreation Leader in Training program. This position will also be required to plan, coordinate, develop and implement various programming cross departmentally with a focus on community relations and customer service. In addition to recruiting, hiring, training, and developing part-time staff, they will also be responsible for managing volunteer and contract employees.
