OverviewThe Nurse Family Partnership team is seeking a new team member to partner with in the Administrative Specialist role!
This position is a supportive force that strongly influences the team's success and is held with high regard. Do you have a passion for under resourced new parents and young families? The standard schedule for this limited-term position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some opportunities for remote work.

- Entering and maintaining data in computer systems or databases, including proofreading and correcting errors, and running standard reports as needed.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and purchasing office and program supplies.
- Assisting with outreach efforts.
- Supporting client processes, including referrals, enrollment, and closures.
- Assisting with the planning of team events and supporting the delivery of the Nurse-Family Partnership program.
- Supporting team Medicaid credentialing and billing processes.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year experience as an Administrative Specialist I or two (2) years of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
