Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a collaborative professional with a strong customer orientation. They will bring knowledge of best practices in code application, permitting technologies, and demonstrated success streamlining operations. As a hands-on manager, they will have proven success supporting and mentoring a team with varying experience levels. Successful candidates will have five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in design, construction, or inspection of industrial, commercial, or residential buildings and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A valid ICC CBO certification is required within one (1) year of appointment, and a CASP certification within two (2) years.
The salary range is $158,590 - $192,365 (effective January 2025) and supplemented by highly competitive benefits. Closes:
