Position Description
Make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a remote schedule.
This position is responsible for providing medical care. This may include examination of patients, ordering x-rays and laboratory tests to help make an accurate diagnosis, and planning and execution of treatment.

Major/Essential Functions

• Provides direct patient care to include chronic, and urgent healthcare to incarcerated patients.
• Effective and timely documentation in the EHR.
• Effective collaboration and communication

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved accredited School of Medicine with an M.D. or D.O. degree; licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas or have the ability to transfer your license to Texas; certificate or
• license for prescribing controlled substances; three years post-graduate training in primary care medicine
