Summary

Providing coding services for multiple specialties, the full-time ProFee Coding Specialist will work remotely to perform CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding, ensuring compliance and accuracy while maintaining productivity standards.Key responsibilities:Accurately apply diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCSCalculate ProFee and/or Facility E/M levels and recognize critical care cases based on patient acuityCommunicate professionally with clients to foster excellent working relationships and support company interestsRequired qualifications:Certification through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P) is mandatoryMinimum of 2 years of coding experience is requiredAdvanced knowledge of EMR and billing systems is essentialProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessaryMust maintain ongoing productivity and quality scores of 95% or higher
