Summary
Court Liaison
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Court Liaison to facilitate communication between the court systems, clients, and our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to ensuring that all court-related processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the court and external parties, including attorneys, clients, and social services.
- Enter new cases into case management software.
- Attend court sessions to register new clients.
- Attend court sessions as needed to provide assistance and gather information.
- Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide the court with all necessary case documentation.
- Assist in other company roles as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean driving history.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reasonable understanding of court procedures and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Local travel is a requirement of this position. Mileage is paid accordingly.
