PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.About The JobThe Program Specialist works under the supervision of department leadership to support the programmatic and operational needs throughout the region. In this role, this position acts as a liaison between support departments, programs, and community stakeholders. The program specialist willProvide support such as drafting and editing emails, documents, and communications on behalf of the supervisor.Maintain comprehensive and accurate record.Support with internal and external inquiries related to program.Assist the supervisor with processing and completing task related to human resources, quality assurance, finance, and external affairsSupport with developing reports and other presentations.What You BringAnalytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Gather and interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making.
