- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by tracking the evolving internal/external risk landscape, anticipating high-risk issues, and escalating policy non-compliance to key stakeholders like xWS and Employment Legal.
- Mitigate significant co-employment and xWS risks for Google by reviewing highly-flagged issues, formulating, and collaborating with xWS to implement corrective action recommendations.
- Influence executive business leaders on strengthening awareness and compliance within their respective teams regarding co-employment risk and contingent workforce management best practices.
- Leverage investigation data and insights to inform strategic risk mitigation initiatives, such as enhancing policy guidance, developing training, and driving program improvements across the Extended Workforce organization.
