All Source Analyst (MIDB)Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst specializing in MIDB at Reston, VA.Position: All Source Analyst (MIDB)Location: Reston, VARequired Clearance and polygraph: TS/SCI and CI poly required. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past 7 years strongly prioritized. Required experience: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence, or 12+ years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degreeDescription: You'll leverage your experience through creating effective queries, integrating disparate data sources, and maintaining the accuracy of foundational intelligence databases. You'll also apply specialized subject-matter knowledge, use structured analytic techniques, and collaborate with mission partners to ensure a shared understanding of the operational environment. Your work will span everything from analyzing INTs, open-source information, and law enforcement data to producing tailored intelligence products, from tactical leads to comprehensive written assessments and high-level briefings.Qualifications:Experience conducting all-source analytic productionExperience with order of battle analysis and systems such as MIDB or MARSExperience with all-source analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards and DIA writing styleExperience collaborating with mission partners on production efforts and delivering lead briefings during key eventsAbility to apply and query SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT datasets and databasesAbility to independently produce high-quality, tailored intelligence deliverables such as actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, network charts, and formal or informal briefingsAbility to rapidly adapt to shifting mission requirements and deliver accurate products under tight timelinesActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence, or 12+ years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degreeDesired qualifications:Experience conducting all-source analysis on foreign WMD programs, including threats, missile and delivery systems, advanced weapons, CBRN E, counterterrorism, and related military activitiesExperience leveraging data analytics, analytic methodologies, and visualization tools to enhance assessmentsKnowledge of nuclear weapons programs, including weapons effects, the nuclear fuel cycle, and nuclear infrastructure.About Nalley Consulting: Nalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business working with prime partners to staff Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions.
