Work You'll Do As a Project Senior Consultant, Forensics and Investigations, on the project, you will:Perform sanctions investigations, including drafting designation packages using authorities held by government clients starting with performing complex intelligence research and analysis, to drafting a sanctions designation evidentiary memorandum, and adjudicating the sanctions designation clearance processPerform open-source intelligence / due diligence and classified intelligence research and analysisUse commercial databases, access corporate and financial records, and perform supply chain and corporate structure mappingPerform assessments, including pertaining to impact, regions, industries, economiesCoordinate with different federal government agencies, including the Intelligence CommunityThe successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degreeActive Secret security clearance required, with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility4+ years of experience in intelligence collection or analysis, investigations, or trade control and sanctionsAbility to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires co-location in person 5 days per week in Washington, DCMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Demonstrated experience coordinating with different federal government agencies, including the Intelligence Community.Russian, Chinese/Mandarin, Korean, or other critical language skills.Maritime, shipping, oil, gas, economic, narcotics trafficking, human rights, or regional/foreign policy knowledge or experience.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,900 to $163,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
