Consultant - Commercial Solutions & Insights Hub (CSIH) Analytics

As a valued member of the Analytic Services team, you will actively:
- Design analytics and execute them. You will acquire knowledge of IQVIA data sources, lead analysis to inform strategic recommendations, develop data analyses systems, and identify trends in complex data sets.
- Provide business consulting and project management: You will apply consulting methodologies to deliver engagements, create presentations for clients, manage projects, cultivate professional relationships with client teams, and work with management to prioritize needs.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable results and recommendations from the evaluation of secondary data sources to answer a wide range of market, therapeutic, prescriber, patient, payer, and competitive related questions.
- Assist in developing detailed documentation and specifications, including business process documentation, SOPs, and client data scorecards.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or higher education required.
- 3-5 years of related experience including consulting and life sciences industry experience.
- Strong ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines with consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Knowledge of the fundamental processes of pharmaceutical commercial business.
- Prior healthcare data experience, including working knowledge of physician and patient claims; IQVIA data preferred.
- Prior working experience in marketing analytics including patient journey, segmentation, targeting, promotion, allocation, sales force sizing and optimization, ROI, Tracking: Utilization, SOB, LOT, etc.; forecasting and launch, model building, patient analytics, ad-hoc and tracking of LAAD and patient data; supply/supply chain analytics, access: co-pay, performance, customer profiling, reversal/rejection analysis, adherence curves.
- Demonstrated knowledge in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience in data visualization software including Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong technical skills in any of the following: SAS, SQL, R, Python, and/or Excel VBA.
- Exposure to cloud processing environments such as Cloudera, Snowflake, and/or Databricks.
- Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life sciences industry.
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques related to functional area.
