If you are unable to complete this application due to a disability, contact this employer to ask for an accommodation or an alternative application process.RENTAL RETURN AGENT-AirportFull Time Manual Labor North Charleston, SC, USPosition SummaryThe Rental Return Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient service throughout the rental car process and assists customers with the rental return process.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet all customers as they arriveAssist customers with luggageAdvise and review rental charges and provide an accurate receiptInquire about service and satisfactionInspect the vehicle and determine the fuel tank levelComplete a service alert for any mechanical or body damage reported by customersIdentify vehicles on hold for turnback, time, mileage, recall, or other locks, and verify their movement to the proper lot locationAssist the service department with vehicle cleaning as neededKeep the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flowMaintain knowledge of rental/return documents, fuel services, surcharges, and optional coverageUnderstand the damage/loss reporting procedurePerform additional related duties as required or assignedQualificationsRequiredMust show proof of a valid driver's license and satisfactory (Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Must be 21 years of age or have a driver's license for 3 yearsExcellent problem-solving skillsBasic computer skills, including data entry, typing, and some experience with Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to complete tasks with precision, speed, and a positive attitudeAbility to work well with a teamCustomer service and sales orientationPassion for helping othersHigh school diploma or equivalentManagement ResponsibilitiesThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
