Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations effectively.Investigative Understanding: Knowledge of traffic crash investigations, scene management, property handling, and investigative/interviewing techniques.Office & Technology Skills: Proficient in standard office procedures, computers, and relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office products.Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication, including proper English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.Public Interaction: Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships both within and outside the organization.
