As a subject‑matter expert, you will drive innovation and creative solutions within various work streams and provide thought leadership. You will lead project teams and play a pivotal role in guiding internal stakeholders toward project success.ResponsibilitiesLead cross‑functional project teams in the design and development of high‑quality deliverables for clientsProvide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines, while assuming responsibility for key data analytics tasks to support internal teams and clientsCollaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategiesAnalyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights, communicating results to both internal and external teamsIndependently manage projects, handling client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines, serving as a primary point of contact with minimal oversightDevelop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary to facilitate efficient data handling and reportingCoordinate with global and diverse teams to ensure seamless project executionEngage in business development activities and contribute to internal firm initiatives to drive organizational growthProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, overseeing their professional development and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within the teamQualificationsBachelor's or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industryGood understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including data management, sales operations, commercial analytics, and BI/reportingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in ExcelKnowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferredExcellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problemsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environmentFamiliarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sectorWe are currently unable to consider candidates who require, or will require in the future, sponsorship for work authorization.
