Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. We are actively seeking a Sourcing Analyst/Procurement Analyst role for one of our direct clients.

Location: King Of Prussia, PA Position: Long term

Key Characteristics:

• Experience with SAP Ariba sourcing; including setting up RFX's and setting up vendors to be able to participate in sourcing events.
• Experience working with large amounts of data, pulling from multiple sources, and the ability to present findings to others in ways that are meaningful and action-oriented.
• Familiarity of legal and commercial laws and procurement tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, assess priorities, and manage a variety of activities, paying attention to detail under tight deadlines and heavy workloads.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of our “Strategic Sourcing” process and mentality.
• Create, analyze and manage setting up Ariba sourcing projects and working with SAP IT team on any technical requests to keep projects on schedule.
• Working with Category Management Team and Business Owners on data gathering for requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Develop an understanding of the external marketplace and conduct due diligence regarding prospective suppliers with the assistance of key stakeholders.
• Benchmark industry markets to support category strategies.
• Assist with the continual development and optimization of operating procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Familiarity with procurement systems and systems management, specific experience with SAP Ariba a plus.
• Strong project management and process skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• The ability to effectively convey complex and detailed information to a diverse population.
• Strong bias for action.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with demonstrated business/financial acumen.
• Proficient with Windows applications, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Education and Experience Required:

• Experienced working in a “Strategic Sourcing” environment.
• 3-5 years of procurement related experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Finance or Audit role a plus.
• College Graduate BS in business related major.
