Qualifications
Education and Experience Guidelines - Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Education/Training:
- Equivalent to the completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources management, business or public administration, industrial psychology, or a related field.
- Eight (8) years of increasingly responsible human resources experience including three (3) years of administrative and management experience in a variety of human resources disciplines.
