The Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions while collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality business intelligence capabilities.

The position combines strong analytical thinking, advanced SQL expertise, and business acumen to identify trends, solve operational challenges, and support data-driven decision-making throughout NTTA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.

Partner with business stakeholders, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define success metrics, and deliver business intelligence and analytics solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, reports, scorecards, visualizations, and scalable analytics solutions that provide actionable insights into business performance, operational trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Serve as the Operations subject matter expert for MicroStrategy and promote reporting best practices, data governance standards, and self-service analytics capabilities. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and leverage cloud-based data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure Synapse to support reporting and analytical initiatives. Develop and maintain reporting solutions using MicroStrategy, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and technology teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across reporting environments. Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes, improve reporting efficiency, and increase accessibility of business data across the organization. Support the full reporting lifecycle, including requirements validation, testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution to ensure reliable delivery of reporting solutions. Utilize GitHub and established development standards to support version control, collaboration, documentation, and release management processes. Document business requirements, technical specifications, and reporting solutions; perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements that enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Years of Experience:

Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data engineering, or a closely related field. To include:


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree

Seven (7) or more years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data engineering. To Include:
