Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Garrett Group is seeking an Interagency Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support USSTRATCOM in planning, developing, executing and analyzing joint exercises and wargames.Candidates will be expected to:Assist in the development, coordination, and management of the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and track key actions and deliverablesAssist with the planning and development of Concept Development Conferences, Initial Planning Conferences, Mid-planning Conferences, Final Planning Conferences, and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Synchronization Conferences.Develop Master Scenario Events and exercise injects to accomplish training objectivesPrepare, publish, distribute, and archive Joint Exercise documents as determined by the joint exercise or wargame lead planner and Branch ChiefRequired ExperienceInteragency SMEs must have at least 7 years of experience working with U.S. Government Interagency functions and processes, or:At least 5 years' hands-on experience analyzing and synthesizing multiple interagency products such as reports, meeting minutes, speech transcripts, social media injects, and press releases in order to create a realistic environment for the achievement of training objectives within exercises and wargames.Prior experience with a non-DoD government agency such as the State Department, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, etc. is highly desirable.**The GARRETT GROUP, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
