If you're dependable, willing to learn, and ready to grow with a company committed to excellence, this is your opportunity to make an impact.ResponsibilitiesAct in accordance with state and federal law as per departmental policies and training.Perform general law enforcement duties including patrolling, checking property, maintaining order and public safety.Issue traffic and parking citations per company policy.Conduct investigations.Respond to and assist in medical emergencies.Assist in conducting fire drills and evacuating buildings.Provide security escorts for personnel.Attend required periodic training sessions.Perform other duties as required to meet the client's needs.What You'll NeedEducation: High School Diploma/GED preferred.Experience/Qualifications:Active Duty Post Certified Law Enforcement Officer required.Required Licensing as necessary per state guidelines.Knowledge of law enforcement procedures.Skills:Ability to follow up with investigations.Ability to make law enforcement related decisions.Ability to communicate effectively.Physical requirements:The work environment includes office, parking lot, and production areas; exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving parts, and loud noise in production environments.Applicant must be able to sit 70% and stand 30% of the time.Use of both hands and ability to grasp.Good eyesight (with or without corrective lens).Able to perform repetitive tasks and to walk, stand, reach, bend, climb, push, pull, and stoop.Able to lift up to 30 lbs.Benefits and Work DetailsSchedule: will be discussed during the interview process.Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment.Paid Time Off: Sick leave, vacation, holidays, or statutorily required paid leave (if applicable).401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule.Base hourly salary rate: will be discussed during the second interview.Career development: opportunities for professional growth and learning programs.Core values: Availability, Determination, Discipline, Humility, Ownership, Simplicity, Sincerity.About Pilgrim'sPilgrim's is a leading global food company with more than 62,000 team members worldwide.
