As Alarm & Surveillance Technician, you will be key member of the organization and play an important role in Customer Satisfaction. Your passion for providing exceptional service contributes to our world-class customer satisfaction. You will be the first line of response to our diverse customer base, communicating in an open, helpful, and engaging manner to find each customer's unique solution.

Install, service and repair surveillance systems hardware and software, including video, access control, intercom, and automation products.

Use your experience, troubleshooting skills, and diagnostic tools to identify issues quickly and repair systems efficiently to the benefit of our clients and the company.

Provide instructions to clients on the proper use of the products.

Become proficient at the company processes, software, and tools used to service clients.

Promote the company's brand, products, and services.

Maintain your technical and mechanical skills

Accept all assignments with an open and positive attitude

Occasional overtime required

1+ years experience in security and camera installation

Basic networking / IP systems knowledge

Current Security/Alarm Installer certification

Good driving record with valid driver's license

Must be able to pass background check

Basic hand tools
